Payments: Consulting services are provided at no cost to you if you choose to hire Moments By Stella.  If you schedule a consultation and do not plan to use Moments By Stella, a $150 non-refundable consultation fee will be charged.

Moments by Stella charges a fee of 20% of the client’s budget.  Once the proposal has been accepted and signed by both parties, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm the agreement.  The remaining balance must be paid one (1) week prior to the event.  Payments must be made with CASH or CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY.

Cancellation Policy (applies to all events):

Should the event be cancelled by Moments By Stella for reasons other than acts of GOD, the Client shall receive a refund of all pre-paid fees, less any expenses incurred on behalf of the event. Should the event be cancelled by the Client, the following payments shall be due:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before event: 100% of estimated event cost and 75% of deposit
  • Cancellation between 15 and 60 days (incl.) before event: 75% of estimated event cost and 50% of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before event: 25% of estimated event cost and 0% of deposit

All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to Moments By Stella no later than 5pm EDT close of business day. The date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is to be received by Moments By Stella.
